Only wanted leaf service and was told I could only get it by getting lawn service. Paid for that for a few weeks and then found out they never signed me up for the leaf removal even though I stressed this was really all wanted. Spent over an hour trying to get this resolved. Perry is punctual and an excellent communicator. He keeps us up to date on delays or changes. He also goes above and beyond by moving my dogs toys that I miss picking up before his arrival.
